while installing rocket-tools, below error is coming after giving  "git submodule update --init --recursive"

Failed to recurse into submodule path 'riscv-gnu-toolchain'
Failed to clone 'riscv-qemu' a second time, aborting

i have already cloned qemu and riscv gnu toolchain

Pls help
