In the staging admin:

• Edit a few toponyms to add WHG links and descriptions.

In the staging frontend:

• Navigate to the toponyms page and search for the toponyms you edited.
• Navigate to the toponyms' detail pages and they should reflect the new layout requirements from here.
• The WHG link should include a clickable tooltip explaining the WHG.
• A suggested citation at the bottom should appear according to this format.

Decide what to do with variants on toponym page: current interface lists a selection of variants (criteria or scope unclear) with associated MSS.

Project editors will provide a list of variants for each toponym that should be added to each toponym page.

Rather than hardcoding the list, we will provide a method for editors to flag variants as significant or typical so that they can independently manage these lists in the future.
