Implementing events

Hi Chris, and thanks for your tiny library that I expect since a really really long time.
To achieve the agnostic objectives, i think Impetus lacks Events.

• onDown
• onMove
• onUp
• onDecelStart
• onDecelStop

with a ev argument passed in function.

what do you think?
