/XO Command missing

Hello,
I want to use /XO command to Excludes Older files. Can you add this to your application?
The goal is to copy just files which have a newer date as the files which already exist in the destination folder. The Windows RoboCopy includes i.e. all below listed option.

/XC :: eXclude Changed files.
/XN :: eXclude Newer files.
/XO :: eXclude Older files.
/XX :: eXclude eXtra files and directories.
/XL :: eXclude Lonely files and directories.
