Webwalker failing to use POH teleports #1680

When using the Web Walker (e.g. for Mahogany Homes plugin) it gets stuck after teleporting to my POH. The 'path' stops next to my POH-portal (the purple one), with still a distance to go, but it never paths to e.g. my Portal Nexus or mounted Xeric's Talisman.
I have clicked Detect available POH teleports and in the righthand side menu, and have enabled Use Player-owned-house teleports in the Web Walker config.
Any ideas how to fix?
