Display users in video/voice channels as a list

Describe the problem

In a previous version of the video calls features, when users where in a voice channel we could see the list of them (à la discord). In the latest dev commit it has been replaced by a "Live" label which to me is less clear.

Describe the solution you'd like

Ideally I would like to be able to see at a glance who is in a video/voice channel without having to click on the channel itself.

I definitely prefer the TeamSpeak / discord approach to displaying users in a call, but can also see how it could get out of hand for many people in a call.

Having the room be collapsible, with the contents being the users would be great. Maybe a user toggle-able default for whether to have the list expanded or collapsed, and/or an active user limit over which it collapses.
