[default] slower airspeed for all flying chocobos + invert airSpeed config?

I was previously using Wings Horns & Hooves, the Ultimate Unicorn Mod and felt it was too overpowered run many ways. I really like that this mod feels close to vanilla style power. The defaults for flying seem pretty dang high though.

Also, I tried to lower the airSpeed attribute, and it didn't seem to work at first because I thought it would be lower is slower. The opposite is true, so would it make sense to invert the value so it is lower is lower? Or just keep it as is?
