Clipper box closes when copy / pasting #8
Description
Just in regards to the lead clipper – I just gave it a try and I’m afraid on its current functionality it’s no good.
I’ve been sent a message on linkedin by a prospect with their contact details. I copied his name and pasted into the name box on the clipper, I then went back to the email and copied the phone number but of course when you click to copy it closes the clipper and the information is forgotten. I would need to manually type all the details that the prospect has emailed me from the screen behind the clipper in order to use it which would not be productive.
I tried opening another window of chrome and using alt+tab to switch, but when you switch again the clipper closes and loses all the information. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong perhaps?
