`gen_spreadsheet_helper` creates file `=4.1.3`

Describe the bug
When running run_benchmark_comparison with GEN_CSV enabled, a file =4.1.3 is created in the utils directory

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Trigger the run_benchmark_comparison function in compare.sh with GEN_CSV set to true

Expected behavior
No file should be created
