bosh prepare deployment failing on etcd

At the "bosh prepare deployment" step:

Quite a few of the directories under .releases/cf/jobs appear to be broken. doppler, etcd, loggregator, metron_agent, syslog_drain_binder

Pointers?

@geofffranks found the cause of the issue: bosh-workspace is getting latest master (of cf-release), which has etcd as a symlink then trying to check out to a version where etcd was a directory (v207) with stuff and freaking out.

Thanks. I experimented a bit. ./update -- failed on the etcd, had hoped it would fill in the missing bits. So I swung for the fences, v210 & 2977...worked right up to error filling in metron_agent.json.erb...can't find property metron_agent.deployment. I'm aiming for a diego install so looking as current as possible.
