meshes of iai-kms40 ugly

Currenly, we use only cylinders and boxes to construct the visuals of the iai-kms. The driver CD from the manifacturer contained some STEP files. Maybe we can use them?

• connect Weiss GmbH to ask whether can make the STEP files public
• make some nice visual meshes for the KMS40 using those STEP files

EDIT:

• convert the current primitive visual meshes into collision meshes (which the current description lacks)
