Not possible to add Volunteers and Resources using the NGO account

The issue applies to the NGO account.

1. In the Volunteers and Resources tabs:
   Expected behavior: to be able to add volunteers or resources using the Add buttons for each.
   Actual behavior: Nothing happens upon clicking Add volunteer or Add resource in the Volunteers and Resources tabs.
2. On the home page:
   Expected behavior: to be able to add volunteers or resources using the Add buttons for each.
   Actual behavior: After clicking the Add volunteers/Add resources buttons, the page for adding the item is loaded, but there is no Save or Add button to finalize the process. There is also no drop down available for: Organizatie, Judet, Localitate, anything can be typed here without requiring validation. The same behavior occurs when trying to edit a volunteer or resources. Also, on the top, when clicking on Import list, the user is redirected to an empty Volunteers or Resources page.

I think I can look on this one.

UPDATE: this happens because the organization was not assigned to the logged in user. After discussing with the backend team, now the response actually contains the organization details and the feature is operational.
