Create a Resources property manager

Depending on the resource category the fields an user should fill in per each resource should be different.
For example, if a user inputs a resource and selects Category: Shelter, Subcategory: Tents the prompted fields should be: Number of tents, type of tent, size of tent, location (address and map pin), description.

The best solution would be to create a space where the resource properties can be defined based on their categories.
Similar to creating a google form assigned to each single category.
