Create a map of all resources #181
Description
Every resource should have a location on the map.
When a user inputs a resource it should pin the place where that resource is stored.
The admin has to have a map where he can see all the resources. The map should have filtering options
- per county
- per category & subcategory
- per type (volunteers or material resources)
