Make a new issue on your own Coursework Planner.
Follow this template for naming your issue: <COHORT_NAME> | Structuring and testing data | <YOUR_NAME>

On the issue, add:

1. A link to the Codewars Progress Checker showing you have completed all katas for sprint 1, sprint 2, and sprint 3 of this module. Link should be in the form https://codeyourfuture.github.io/Codewars-Progress-Checker/#YOUR_CODEWARS_USERNAME

2. Links to your completed pull requests for each sprint:

• “Sprint 1 Coursework Exercises”.
• “Sprint 2 Coursework Exercises”.
• “Sprint 3 “Implement and Rewrite Tests” Coursework Exercises”.
• “Sprint 3 “Practice TDD” Coursework Exercises”.

3. A link to your “Written Email for an Internship”.

4. A screenshot showing that you took part in an online study session with at least one other trainee. This could be a video call, a Slack thread, or something else!

5. A screenshot showing that you gave a demo in a demo session with particular members of staff present.
   This must be at a different demo session than any submitted for previous modules.

6. Submit the issue link to step 2 of ITP on CYF Course Portal.
