Add doas support in install.sh

Hello,

I wanted to suggest adding support for doas.I wasn’t able to run `install.sh` because I don’t have `sudo` installed. 
I tried replacing `sudo` with `doas` in the CLI, and it worked for me. 
It might be a nice quality-of-life improvement for users who prefer `doas`.
