Payment pages for the poster #122
Description
Basic Information
A new set of pages should be made to accompany the ability for a task's poster to pay the bidder after the task is ended. It accompanies issues: #50 and #90 for their components. While the API isn't complete, the basic design can be made so the API can be easily added later.
The new pages may have to use dynamic routes.
