Remove dynamic brotli stuff? #586
Description
you know i was very proud of it when i wrote it but it's a little goofy and a little too ad-hoc. maybe there's a flask plugin I can replace it with, maybe it's just not needed at all. i should do a lighthouse comparison before wholesale removing it though
