Update json-schema to more up to date format

Please would you consider updating the json-schema to use a more recent schema version, that would allow the use of uri-reference instead of uri in the homepage attribute, and archive.prefix-url attributes?

Doing this allows us to use Satis locally as it allows for local uri references.
