After adding http_proxy and https_proxy in concourse worker job is failing for resource with error -failed to get ECR credentials: credentials not found in native keychain

We added below configurations -

https_proxy=http://username-pass@proxy.xxx.xxxxx.cloud:8080/)
no_proxy=.github.com,.amazon.com

Error when Job runs to fetch image :
failed to get ECR credentials: credentials not found in native keychain
