Replacement for 100 Ohm resistor?

Hi guys,

I'm looking to build a u2f zero for the first time. I'm buying components and I found that the CRCW0805100RFKEA seems to be out of stock everywhere - perhaps they've stopped selling this model? Either way, I'm looking to use the Panasonic ERJ-6ENF1000V - it seems to have very similar specs. :)
