Uploading multiple files issue

Hi, currently the FileUploadTrigger is structured like this:

In a production environment, I ran into an issue when I uploaded multiple files at once, only 2-3 files out of 10 files were uploaded to the desired location. And the rest of the 7 files were uploaded to a different location.

Also, the stage environment took significantly less time to upload these files than in prod environment.
Thus, the error was non-existing in the stage environment (both are same tier Entry running 2.1-alpha)

I wanted to clarify my confusion,

• With a 500ms setTimeout, if we upload multiple files, and let's say, a file takes more time, then won't the timeout be cleared and replaced by next file's timeout?
• Inside the useEffect, won't we miss some files in the persisted state or list if multiple files take varied time to upload?

I thought about mapping outside the if (isAllSuccess), something like

    useEffect(() => {
        const successfulFiles = filesState
            .filter((file) => file.state === "success")
            .map((file) => file.result.publicUrl);

        if (successfulFiles.length > 0) {
            debounceSave(successfulFiles);
        }
    }, [filesState]);

but I don't think, it'll make any difference.

Could you help me figure out why the error arose in prod ?
