Support long-duration analysis with TS map #520
Description
Currently the TS map can only bin in SC coordinates. This works well for short transients like GRBs, but when we want to analyze durations of more than a few minutes the signal washes out.
Options:
- Bin the data in galactic, and rotate the response (like during the fitting with 3ML)
- Use scatt bins
- Unbinned TS map
