Clean up MDepthCalibrator.cxx

The MDepthCalibrator.cxx code, which is used by the DEE to access the functionality of the depth calibration, needs to be cleaned up. @parshadkp has made changes to get this working for the single-detector DEE, but @fieldrog should fix formatting, remove obsolete balloon code, and confirm implementation for SMEX calibrations.

There is a lot of duplicated code in MDepthCalibrator and MModuleDepthCalibration, so this should be addressed. Maybe all functionality can live in MModuleDepthCalibration.
