Add cross-talk in the DEE energy simulations

After having merged #85, the DEE can simulate charge sharing, but it is still lacking the implementation of spectator-strip effects and electronic cross-talk. While I don't expect this to alter the main strips (the strips of main interest), this might have a significant effect on nearest neighbors and next-to-nearest neighbors.
