Cannot load the distribute_setup.py file

Hi,

I am using anaconda with python 3.6 version. I am trying to install the file distribute_setup.py but cannot, it gives error Install fails with "name 'sys_platform is not defined'".

I have tried every option (Fixing, updating and upgrading), but in vain.

Please help.
