possible bug in creation of a new chunk with name containing '.tpl.'

Hi,

installing a new _chunk_ with the name `langmenu.tpl.item.mobile` will generate a _chunk_ with a different name `langmenu.item.mobile`.

This behaviour has been detected in the _repoman/install_, but it's possible that affect the build process.
