Regarding not receiving the BTC into CREDITPAY wallet.

Dear Sir/Madam,
                             I have sent 0.0010923 BTC to my CREDITPAY wallet on 12/Jan/2017. My CREDITPAY wallet Address is given below.

Still the wallet address is same, and in blockchain.info if i go to search this wallet it still shown the same BTC as final balance, but how to get in CREDITPAY wallet.
