Escape characters when exporting/printing

This may be a larger issue of markdown formatting, but I noticed it on a clue that had escaped "_" characters so that the clue was not bolded in the solver UI. Perhaps there are ".puz" standards for formatting?

Expected behavior: The exported/printed PDF should follow the same formatting principles as the UI solver.
Observed behavior: "" are visible where they should be used as escapes for subsequent characters.
