QR Code PSBT troubleshoot

My SpecterDIY is not letting me scan the PSBT QR to broadcast transaction neither with BULL wallet or Sparrow.

I get the following "host error" message.

hmm, Problem could be your M3Y Scanner but I don't know.
Received different Error messages with the M3Y Yet.

If this could you show the complexity of the PSBT?
