Release ascender collection

Feature Summary

I would like to see an ascender collection be released. Currently if you use awx.awx you will get warnings like [WARNING]: You are running collection version 24.6.1 but connecting to AWX version 25.3.5

Also I think there are some fixes in https://github.com/ansible/awx/commits/devel/awx_collection that are worth pulling

Additional information

maybe it can even answer module calls to the old awx.awx namespace? Not sure if that is allowed on the galaxy side of things.

Yes, it has long been on the ToDo list, but hasn't been a priority up to this point, as its just a warning. I will work with the team to set a higher priority on it.
