Add retry_on_disconnect option to task #91
Description
With the latest changes in TM1Py, we are now able to decide whether or not a process should be called again in case the connection is lost.
We need to a new optional field (default=False) that would indicate to RushTI that, at the moment of the POST request for the TI to run, it should include if the process is safe to re-run.
