trouble using chore.update to reset chores for end of DST - generating error in ChoreService.py

Hello,

Kind of an odd issue here. Using sample code to add an hour to chores.

My PA environments are on the IBM Cloud.

Code works to list all chores and their current times. In our dev environment, which has a newer PA server release, the chore.update code works as desired.

In Prod, although the loop works to list all chore names and scheduled time, the tm1.chores.update(chore) generates these errors (note that i also couldn't get the localtime to work with pytz, but that was not mission critical):

I can reproduce this issue. Chore updates fail when chore has no tasks at all.
