Add additional feedback phrases (round 4) #1154

Languages quasi-ready*:
*"Quasi" because the feedback phrase audio URLs are currently pointing to a Drive location instead of a production URL. The phrases are also still in .wav format. We will need to move those audio files through the .mp3 encoding process and change the URLs in the levelgen file for them to be used in the app.
