Remove/Fix Previous Speaker Links

At the moment, our previous speaker list includes a lot of older speakers and is not perfectly representative of the current state of the speakers. 

There's a lot of dead links, and these can either be updated to new/relevant links or replaced altogether with recent speakers/keynotes.
