More than 2 trees in input file and all-against-all distances

Hi again!
Would it be complicated (and interesting for others) to have an option where one can compute distances all against all from a file with more than 2 trees?
I am doing that by calling uspr as many times as the number of pairs I have, but it is an enormous loss of computation time to call the program so often...
