Index of tasks #7
Description
A very minor issue but the index number for tasks in week 10, 11 and 12 all begin with an extra "0" in front (e.g. 01101). Perhaps would be better to standardize all index numbers as 4 digits (e.g. 1101) as the extra "0" does not seem to fit well.
