UIScrollView Offset in iOS8 (not sure about others)

When you initially start, there is an offset (I put a simple table view inside the scroll view). Upon the first refresh it loads correctly though. How do I fix this? I tried modifying the inset as you suggested, but that changes the entire thing so it doesn't load correctly after refresh.
