Migrate Lucid to Blaze #4

Hi,
This looks like an amazing project. Very grateful that someone has built it for Cardano!
I'm looking at the dependencies, and Lucid is one of them. While great for its time, it has very important downsides:
- Compatibility issues due to the hard WASM dependency
- Lack of maintenance
- Lack of support for the new Conway hard-fork
We should migrate this to Blaze
