searching for clusterone app shows up in app list, but is 404 page when clicked

If one goes to https://apps.cytoscape.org and types in clusterone in the search bar. ClusterOne shows up, but when you click on it you get a 404 page (https://apps.cytoscape.org/apps/clusterone)

I believe this App is not active and should just be removed from the search

Easiest way to setup your own appstore environment is via Vagrant. You can follow instructions here:

Information about how the AppStore works can be found on the wiki:

For any fix just make a pull request with your changes.

Hey @coleslaw481 after doing vagrant up nothing is showing and after automatic reboot one instance is created on VM . But from where should i get the live running of appstore on my browser, as in the documentation that u have provided written that ll get here http://localhost:8080/ . Please see this query . I searched alot about this issue but not find anything useful . Also provide if there is something like IRC channel made for this appstore / repo for the doubts .

My apologies, totally missed this. That error looks like the mysql database is not running or the account was not created. Did you run into this via a vagrant run?

Hi @coleslaw481 ,

I’ve opened PR #124 which fixes this issue by ensuring that only active apps appear in tag navigation and that inactive apps return a 404 when accessed directly.

The PR also adds tests to verify this behavior.

Please let me know if any changes are needed.
