Remove certain role types from `Dandiset contributors`/`Person` drop down menu?

For the Role drop down menu under Person, I am not sure if we need to list the following roles: Funder, Sponsor, StudyParticipant, Affiliation, EthicsApproval, Other. What do y'all think?

Funder is one of the most used roles and is the only current way I know of for associating funding information to show up on the main landing page (example: https://dandiarchive.org/dandiset/000166). Definitely need to keep that

As for the difference between funder and sponsor, IDK

EthicsApproval is a whole separate tab that I've tried to use whenever an IRB number is available but that's pretty rare (and even rarer for it to actually be openly/publically usable) - but for a person, I suppose that would be an example for BBQS (say, to attribute the ELSI group or other institutional personnel dedicated specifically to ethics). Never seen that done though

IDK how to use the 'Affiliation' value.

'StudyParticipant' seems like it would violate PII lol so that better have a lot of paperwork indicating voluntary (if human). n/a for animals unless we want to start attributing NHP (which do admittedly often have human-ish names...)

Currently, the list of roles is actually defined in Contributor which Person inherits from.

The requested feature can be done by overriding the roleName field in Person.

@kabilar - i think we should keep all those roles as they could be attributed to any Person as well. The Affiliation role perhaps is the strangest, but i can even see that being ok in some settings.
