Different licenses on readme.md and homepage #32

Regarding the library license, I noticed it shows CC BY-SA 4.0 on http://www.entypo.com. But in readme.md there are CC BY-SA 3.0 and OFL (though it was last update 6 years ago). Which one should I take? Thank you!
