Release of the current head?

With my PSC hat on:

Since last CPAN release there have only been some build fixes, which we want to include in Perl 5.42, and some CI changes, which are not relevant to core. So despite being in the freeze period, we could sync this from CPAN if the current main were released as is, and doing that would be nicer than applying the patches in core.

Could you do that?
