Missing a large number of tech events

The directory is still a little sparse.

New entries can be added to _data/events.yml (https://github.com/dannyockilson/scots-dev/blob/master/_data/events.yml) under the appropriate region (new regions may also be added).

Current categories include:

• Conferences
• Meetups
• Slack Teams
• Misc

Any new categories require a small tweak to the index.html file, new events or regions can be added by updating the config file.
