Based on top of #967.
This PR removes the
hevmsource tree from this repo and instead uses thehevmfrom ethereum/hevm which is more actively maintained.It additionally adds a small wrapper binary (
eth-utils) that exposes some features that are no longer available directly via thehevmcli tool (abiencodeandflatten).Checklist
