When using quick tag, the “tooltip” only shows on one monitor

Describe the bug

When using the quick tagging tool (Ctrl+t) the choices appear on a kind of tooltip and I noticed it only shows on one of my monitors. If I move Darktable on the others, I still can tag, the floating input field thingy is still showing and working, but the tooltip with all the matching choices doesn’t.

Steps to reproduce

1. press Ctrl-t and type a tag beginning and see if the tooltip with the choices is showing up
2. move Darktable on another monitor and do it again

Expected behavior

show the tooltip with matching choices on all monitors

I do have some windows rule for darktable, but I commented them out to do tests and the bug still shows
