I am unsure to what version to bump this, as it technically changes the API by adding types to reset and clearInteractions.

Mockito is actually maintained internally in Piper, and exported to GitHub. Would you mind copying this PR to Piper? (Maybe piping git diff to a patch file would make it easy...
