I have searched and found no existing issue

What error did you receive?

I'm running this on Windows 2022 on SQL 2022 installation alongside existing SQL Server 2109, both Enterprise Editions. Worked fine prior to SS2022 install.

Poss x86/x64 issue with SQL Server 2022 common components?
