`MsRecvBuf` sometimes dropping to 0

Sometimes when checking the value of MsRecvBuf, it can spontaneously drops to 0 before going back up again. I observed this behavior when using the Prometheus endpoint of MediaMTX

My scrape interval is 500ms if that's important.
