You can try using an older version of MATLAB, such as R2019.

@yuluenter Thank you. Your adviced fixed the issue. Originally I ran code in R2024b and later i uninstalled and installed R2019b and it wroked. what could be the reason?It will be a tedius to switch between R2019b and R2024b both and R2019b only for StaMPS. is there any fix so that it will work in new MATLAB version also.

only issue is when i try to plot velocity map by subtracting atmospheric correction which give error as

but i think it is flexible as it was no issue in R2024b. Let me know if this is version issue that works with R2024 and not with 2019 or just the processing error? Thank you again.
